Working closely with clients, Pam creates personalized training plans for success. Pam Kruse is recognized professionally not only for her knowledge, background, and credentials, but also because she makes people feel welcome, understood, inspired, and empowered. She creates personalized training programs, motivates and assists clients with achieving their goals, and develops rapport with clients by being available for questions and providing clear, positive solutions.
Pam holds master’s degree in exercise physiology with 20+ years of professional experience. Pam networks with physical therapists, industry professionals, and sports nutritionists to stay on the forefront of science and research in the industry. She is continuously seeking to improve her knowledge, understanding, and practice of exercise physiology.

Athletics:
A former Competitive Triathlete, she consistently placed in the top three in her age group from 1997-2009 in her favorite event the Honolulu Tinman Triathlon. Her most outstanding event was the 2005 USA Triathlon World Championship where she competed on USA Triathlon Team Hawaii.
Pam is currently a competitive cyclist and loves traveling abroad to experience bike tour adventures all over the world!
